Let me help you relax so you can sleep!
For a long time now, one of my favorite things about yoga was the guided mediation at the end. The part where I can let my worries float away, let my body feel heavy, and my mind was able to relax. I'm hoping to bring you a similar feeling today. Short, yet sweet, I really hope this helps you drift into a nice, peaceful rest.
